LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE
All fees quoted herein are non-refundable and apply only to our professional fees based upon our current understanding of the Scope of Work.
The resolution times indicated are approximate and are based on the documentation provided by the customer as well as on the approval of the competent authorities.
The annual renewal fees are the governmental fees and recurring professional fees that the client must pay annually to continue and maintain the good standing of its operations, in accordance with the legal regulations in force.
Our scope of services as intended arid instructed by you (the “Scope of WorK”) is set out below:
Provision of Registered Agent Services: IMD CONSULTANTS FZ-LLC will work as the company's Registered Agent.
Payment of Annual Registration Fees: IMD CONSULTANTS FZ-LLC will be responsible for the payment of annual registration fees to the relevant authorities and/or the fees for registered agents after receiving payment from the customer.
Additional Charges and Out-of-Pocket Expenses: All fees quoted herein are non-refundable and apply only to our professional fees based upon our current understanding of the Scope of Work.
All quoted fees are not inclusive of any: (1) administrative expenses – e.g., photocopies, long-distance phone calls and regular mailings – which are subject to separate billing. (2) out of pocket expenses – e.g., fees payable to local or regulatory authorities and other third parties, travel, courier service, translation services, delivery service – subject to separate billing; (3) third party experts or consultants; (4) additional work outside any agreed Scope of Work; and (5) work resulting from any modification to the nature of the Scope of Work, which shall be charged separately on the basis of applicable hourly rate of professionals working on the matter.
We understand that you will be our principal contact and that all communication regarding our engagement will be addressed to you. Respectively, invoices for the services rendered will he delivered to you. You will keep us advised of your most current address, telephone number and other contact details.

Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Payment Terms: Payment terms must be strictly adhered to. If payment is not received within ten (10) days after the date agreed upon in the agreement, no refund will be made.
Liability for Choice of Jurisdiction: In the event that the jurisdiction chosen by the client is not the option recommended by IMD CONSULTING FZ-LLC. IMD CONSULTING FZ-LLC shall not assume any liability for defaults, rejections or delays arising from the jurisdiction selected by the client.
Criminal Record and Rejections: In the event that the client fails to inform or notify IMD CONSULTING FZ-LLC of any criminal record or history that may affect the regular conduct of the process and result in a rejection, no costs will be reimbursed.
The pre-approval fee for high-risk nationalities or individuals with a criminal record is 2.000 Dirhams. If the application is rejected, this fee will not be refunded.
The cost of pre-approval for golden visas is 2.000 Dirhams. If the application is rejected, this fee will not be refunded.
During the visa process, you must follow the guidelines. If the process is interrupted or you change the conditions that cause an overcharge or rejection of your visa, you will have to assume the related costs. IMD CONSULTANTS FZ-LLC is not responsible for the additional fees.
In addition to your obligations under this Agreement, you agree to provide full information to us and to cooperate and assist us in delivering the Services, to keep its informed of any information or developments relevant to this matter and Services which may come to your attention.
The client authorizes IMD CONSULTANTS FZ-LLC to include all personal data provided in its files, as well as to process said data for the following purposes: maintenance of the future contractual relationship, preparation of statistical studies and sending of commercial information. These data will remain incorporated in the files of IMD CONSULTANTS FZ-LLC and will be subject to the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, which the client may exercise by means of a written request, in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data.
IMD CONSULTANTS FZ-LLC is not responsible of any misuse of applications, portal, forms , after the scope of service is provided.
If the client provides wrong information, or declared a condition which causes an extra cost, IMD CONSULTANTS FZ-LLC is not responsible for the additional fees. Additional fees should be assumed merely by the client.
All government fees are subject to change without prior notice, IMD CONSULTANTS FZ-LLC is not liable or responsible of any extra fee or change in price related to a third party.
If client decide to terminate the relationship and service agreement with IMD CONSULTANTS FZ-LLC as registered agent against any authority, a NOC letter will be applicable, the cost of the No Objection Certificate is 6.000 Dirhams.
This letter embodies our entire understanding with respect to the tile subject matter hereof. The terms or this Letter/Agreement may not be amended except by an instrument in writing signed by the parties hereto. The terms or our engagement are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
If any term of this letter shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain valid, enforceable and binding on the parties.
If either of the parties to this engagement has any claim against the other, the parties shall attempt to resolve the matter of negotiation. If negotiation is not success, the parties hereby agree that any disputes or differences arising from this engagement may he submitted to Dubai Courts United Arab Emirates.
